General sales conditions
The general terms and conditions of the online store www.bellanoliving.com have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) and international guidelines for e-commerce.

1. Information accessibility
The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
company information (name, registered office, contact),
essential product features,
product prices with a clear indication of taxes and delivery costs,
delivery conditions and possible delivery times,
payment terms,
conditions for withdrawal from the contract and return of goods,
the appeal procedure.
2. Order
Orders are accepted via the website 24 hours a day. After placing an order, the buyer receives an email notification confirming the order. The contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded when the provider confirms the order.
3. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- bank transfer,
- credit/debit cards.
5. Delivery
The Delivery deadline is 15 days from the receipt of the order. In case of delay, we will inform you in a timely manner. Delivery is carried out through contracted delivery services. All products in the online store have free delivery within Slovenia. Delivery is made to your doorstep.
6. Withdrawal from agreement and return of goods
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days of notification. The return costs are covered by the buyer.
7. Warranty and complaints
Products have a warranty if stated so. In the event of a material defect or damaged goods, the buyer must notify the provider within 8 days of receipt. We resolve all complaints quickly and in favour of the customer.
8. Protection of personal data
We protect all personal data in accordance with applicable law and use it exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order, communicating with the customer, and any marketing communications (if the customer has consented to this).
9. Legal notifications
The online store and all data, product images and content are protected by copyright. Any copying, distribution or other use without permission is prohibited.
10. Dispute settlement
We will strive to resolve any potential disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the Court of Justice in Ljubljana has jurisdiction to settle disputes.
